About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Timekeeper / HR Assistant to manage attendance, timesheets, payroll support, and HR administration. You will coordinate with site supervisors and maintain employee records.

Responsibilities
- Maintain daily attendance and timesheets
- Coordinate with site supervisors regarding manpower records
- Assist in payroll preparation and leave management
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and other HR administrative activities
- Prepare reports and ensure accurate employee records
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Timekeeper and HR Assistant
- Strong knowledge of attendance management, timesheets, and payroll support
- Experience in HR administration, employee documentation, and record keeping
- Good knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage
