Role overview
Wood is recruiting an experienced Timekeeper for its internal Abu Dhabi office.
The position is fully office based and supports assigned PMC projects and project personnel administration.
Project administration
- Manage end-to-end administration and coordination for assigned PMC projects.
- Coordinate hiring requests, CV submissions, interviews, employment-term acceptance, mobilization, demobilization, and onboarding.
- Maintain ADNOC trackers, Fieldglass registrations, CICPA applications, PAAF and MMA documentation, personnel records, and compliance dates.
- Prepare correspondence and document registers and coordinate travel, offshore rotations, transport, accommodation, and personnel queries.
- Liaise with Recruitment, HR, Mobilization, Payroll, Travel, HSE, Quality, Public Relations, Finance, and Project Controls.
Timekeeping and leave
- Manage monthly timesheets for PMC personnel and validate records for accuracy and completeness.
- Administer leave requests, maintain leave balances, and reconcile leave records against timesheets for billing accuracy.
- Prepare timesheet and leave reports and resolve discrepancies with Payroll, HR, Project Controls, and project administrators.
- Maintain audit-ready records and support month-end invoicing by finalizing records on time.
- Identify recurring timekeeping issues and recommend process improvements.
