Job Description
Wood is recruiting an experienced Timekeeper for its internal office in Abu Dhabi.
The role supports PMC project administration, personnel coordination, compliance records, timesheets, leave administration, and invoicing.
Workplace
- The position is fully office based in Abu Dhabi.
Project Administration
- Manage administration and coordination for assigned PMC projects.
- Coordinate hiring requests, CV submissions, interviews, employment terms, mobilization, demobilization, and onboarding.
- Maintain ADNOC trackers, Fieldglass registrations, CICPA applications, personnel records, correspondence, and document registers.
- Coordinate inductions, mandatory training, medicals, system access, travel, offshore rotations, transportation, and accommodation.
- Respond to manpower and administrative queries and coordinate with internal support functions.
- Keep project records, trackers, folders, and documentation accurate, current, and audit-ready.
Timesheet and Leave Administration
- Manage the monthly timesheet process for PMC personnel and ensure compliance with ADNOC attendance and leave procedures.
