Job Overview

  • Accurately record, verify, and maintain daily attendance, manpower allocation, work activity details, overtime, absences, and employee movement records at project sites.
  • Update the ERP system with each employee's daily attendance, project allocation, activity details, duty hours, overtime, leave, absence, and related manpower data.

Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain daily attendance of employees at the project site, including staff, workmen, subcontract manpower, and other assigned personnel.
  • Verify daily employee presence, duty timings, site allocation, trade/category, work location, supervisor assignment, and activity performed.
  • Update the ERP system daily with employee attendance, working hours, overtime, shift details, leave, absence, sick leave, weekly off, public holiday work, and other attendance related information.
  • Maintain daily manpower allocation records by project, location, trade, activity, cost code, supervisor/foreman, and department.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen, Camp Bosses, HR, Payroll, and Operations team.
  • Prepare and submit Daily Manpower Reports, Attendance Reports, Absenteeism Reports, Overtime Reports, Employee Allocation Reports, and Activity Reports.
  • Monitor and report missed punches, late arrivals, early exits, unauthorized absences, non reporting employees, and discrepancies.
  • Ensure overtime entries are recorded only based on approved site requirements and verified by supervisor.
  • Track employee transfers, temporary allocations, demobilization, reallocation, site movement, and manpower deployment changes.
  • Maintain proper records of leave applications, sick leave certificates, rejoining details, duty resumption, absconding/non reporting cases.
  • Support HR and Payroll by providing accurate monthly attendance data, overtime summaries, leave/absence records.
  • Identify and highlight attendance irregularities, manpower shortages, excess manpower, idle manpower, wrong allocation, or incorrect ERP entries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Required)
  • 2 years of construction site timekeeping experience (Required)

Compensation

  • Pay: AED 2,500 AED 3,000 per month
