Role Overview
– Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Administrative Management, or related disciplines preferred;
– Minimum 3–5 years of experience in labor management for construction projects in the UAE, with hands-on experience managing a multinational workforce of 150+ workers;
– Familiar with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and labor management requirements within the construction industry;
– Experienced in workforce attendance management, payroll processing, employee records administration, labor camp management, and employee relations;
– Language requirement: Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic, Nepali, Hindi, Urdu, or other relevant languages will be an advantage;
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and various attendance management systems;
– Strong sense of responsibility, excellent execution skills, able to work independently and report directly to the Office Manager.

Qualifications
- A diploma or higher qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Administrative Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Requires 3–5 years of UAE construction-project labor management experience and hands-on management of a multinational workforce of more than 150 workers.
- Requires familiarity with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and labor management requirements in construction.
- Requires experience with attendance management, payroll processing, employee records, labor camp management, and employee relations.
- Fluent English is required. Arabic, Nepali, Hindi, Urdu, or another relevant language is advantageous.
- Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and attendance management systems.
- The role requires responsibility, strong execution, independent working ability, and direct reporting to the Office Manager.
