Tile Mason / Tile Fixer

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Install floor and wall tiles according to approved drawings and site requirements.
• Fix ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, and mosaic tiles.
• Measure, mark, and cut tiles accurately.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesive or mortar.
• Ensure proper alignment, spacing, level, and slope.
• Carry out grouting and finishing work.
• Cut tiles around corners, columns, drains, pipes, and other obstacles.
• Repair and replace damaged or defective tiles.
• Follow drawings, specifications, and site instructions.
• Maintain workmanship, minimize material wastage, and keep tools and work areas safe.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to complete work on schedule.

Requirements

• Experience as a Tile Mason / Tile Fixer is accepted, including freshers.
• UAE construction or interior fit-out experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of ceramic, porcelain, marble, and mosaic tile installation is required.
• Skill in tile cutting, leveling, adhesive application, and grouting is required.
• Ability to understand basic drawings and measurements is required.
• Attention to detail, teamwork, physical fitness, and willingness to work at project sites are required.
• Immediate joining is preferred.

Work Location

• The posting states hybrid remote work in Dubai.
• The role also requires work at project sites.
