Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Install floor and wall tiles according to approved drawings and site requirements.
• Fix ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, and mosaic tiles.
• Measure, mark, and cut tiles accurately.
• Prepare surfaces through cleaning, leveling, and adhesive or mortar application.
• Ensure correct alignment, spacing, level, and slope.
• Perform grouting, finishing, repairs, and replacement of defective tiles.
• Cut tiles around corners, columns, drains, pipes, and other obstacles.
• Follow specifications and site instructions while minimizing material wastage.
• Maintain tools and work areas safely and coordinate with supervisors and other trades.

Requirements

• UAE construction or interior fit-out experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of ceramic, porcelain, marble, and mosaic tile installation is required.
• The candidate must be skilled in tile cutting, leveling, adhesive application, and grouting.
• The candidate must understand basic drawings and measurements.
• Attention to detail, finishing quality, teamwork, and independent work ability are required.
• The candidate must be physically fit and willing to work at project sites.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay starts from AED 1,800 per month.
