Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Tile Mason to perform tile installation and finishing works for residential, commercial, and construction projects.
The ideal candidate should have experience in laying ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, and other types of tiles with high accuracy and quality workmanship.
The candidate must be able to work independently, follow technical instructions, and complete projects within deadlines while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled according to drawings and site requirements
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives or mortar
- Cut and shape tiles using hand tools and power equipment
- Install wall tiles, floor tiles, marble, granite, and other finishing materials
- Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and leveling of tiles
- Apply grout and perform finishing works to achieve high-quality appearance
- Repair and replace damaged tiles when required
- Coordinate with supervisors and other site workers to complete projects on schedule
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
- Follow all site safety procedures and company regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Tile Mason in construction or fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of tile installation techniques and finishing works
- Ability to read measurements and follow layout plans
- Skilled in using tile cutting and leveling tools
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Physically fit and able to work in site conditions
- Experience in UAE projects is an advantage
