- Maintain accurate booking records and daily reports

Requirements
- Experience in airline ticketing and reservations using GDS systems (Sabre, Galileo, or Amadeus)
- Knowledge of fare quotations and travel queries
- Ability to handle ticket booking, reissue, refund, and cancellation
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent requests
