Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Ticketing Agent role based in Dubai.
The Ticketing Agent will be responsible for assisting customers with booking and purchasing airline tickets, managing reservations, providing outstanding customer service, and driving ticket sales.
The role also involves coordinating with airlines and addressing customer inquiries to ensure a seamless travel experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle airline ticket bookings and reservations using Amadeus GDS
- Manage hotel bookings and travel arrangements end-to-end
- Process visa appointments and related documentation
- Prepare and manage travel packages and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) services
- Provide accurate, timely, and professional customer support
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high service standards
- Follow up on bookings, confirmations, and client requests
Qualifications
- **Strong hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS (Mandatory)**
- Proven experience in hotel bookings and travel coordination
- Experience handling visa appointments and documentation
- Experience in MICE and Corporate Events
- Experience in creating travel packages
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

- Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per hour
