About the Role
Smith Gulf is seeking an experienced Thru Tubing FieldShop Supervisor to join their Well Intervention team. The role involves supervising Thru Tubing operations, preparing and maintaining tools and equipment, and ensuring compliance with HSE standards.

Responsibilities
- Supervise execution of Thru Tubing operations including fishing, milling, cleanout, shifting, perforating, and other mechanical well intervention services
- Prepare, service, and inspect Bottom Hole Assemblies (BHAs) in accordance with operational procedures
- Participate in workshop activities including tool maintenance, redress, pressure testing, function testing, and equipment readiness checks
- Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained, certified, and fully operational prior to dispatch
- Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of personnel, tools, and equipment
- Prepare operational reports, maintenance records, and job documentation
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and operational recommendations during field activities
- Ensure full compliance with HSE, quality, and client requirements
- Train, mentor, and develop field technicians and junior personnel
- Support inventory management and workshop organization
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of direct experience in Thru Tubing and Well Intervention operations
- Strong experience with fishing tools, mills, downhole motors, indexing tools, shifting tools, plug retrieval systems
- Proven experience in both field operations and workshop environments
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, and operational procedures
- Good understanding of Coiled Tubing intervention operations
- Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills
- Driving license and willingness to travel internationally
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related technical discipline

About the Role
- Seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands on Thru Tubing FieldShop Supervisor to join the Well Intervention team.
- Responsible for preparation, maintenance, mobilization, operation, and supervision of Thru Tubing tools and equipment in workshop and field environments.
- Requires strong technical expertise in Thru Tubing operations including fishing, milling, cleanout, plug retrieval, mechanical intervention, and TT operation preparation.

Qualifications
