Thermoforming Process Specialist

• Experience with quality or ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to spend extended periods on the production floor, including standing and walking.
• Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, temperature variations, and manufacturing equipment.
• Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) as dictated by company policies and food-safety requirements.
• Reliable attendance and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• 5+ years of thermoforming experience required.
• Competence in all Thermoforming Tech skill sets in line with Faerch standards.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience.
• Must possess attention to detail, a sense of urgency, a can-do attitude, be self-directed, and display strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to communicate and work well with others.
• Must be available to meet with all shifts to implement best practices and standardization.
• Supervisory and/or Lead experience is preferred.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements: Fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Production environment requires use or hearing protection, gloves, hardhat and safety glasses.

Role requirements are as follows, but not limited to, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, twist at the waist, use tools, stand for extended periods.
