Working with a multi-disciplinary team of geoscientists, production engineers, facility engineers and other company professionals, you will advance your use of subsurface engineering methods in an environment that encourages the development and execution of innovative ideas. You will deliver technical and economic evaluations that influence the company’s investment and operational decisions.

Shift schedule: 5 x 2, 8-hour shifts

Monitor and optimize reservoir performance and recovery processes for Canadian Natural assets

Develop production forecasts for Thermal wells using various technical and analytical methods (these forecasts are critical inputs to budget, 10 year planning and corporate reserves)

Work in a team environment on development plans to maximize the net present value (NPV) of the project

Provide effective regular project updates and technical evaluation reports for senior management

Lead multi-discipline project meetings and reviews focused on continuous improvement of our thermal business

Ensure the incorporation of relevant regulatory and environmental requirements for ongoing operations and new development plans
