Role Overview
The Therapy Manager manages an assigned therapy area by reaching customers, increasing product awareness, answering product queries, and introducing new products.
The role supports healthcare providers and healthcare systems through clinical product information, educational resources, training programs, and customer engagement.
What You Will Do
- Communicate product features, benefits, and scientific information to medical doctors and handle product-related customer queries.
- Use customer-focused selling techniques to assess customer knowledge and maintain confidence in company products.
- Maintain approved protocols and promotional materials for sales presentations and product detailing.
- Contact customers regularly and deliver informative sales presentations based on customer needs.
- Develop new business opportunities in the assigned therapy area and territory.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through sales promotion strategies and scientific initiatives.
- Maintain knowledge of diseases and products to support scientific discussions with stakeholders.
- Plan field work according to approved tour programs and submit regular reports to the data management system.
- Follow up on customer feedback and service requirements.
- Execute special product and new product launch campaigns.
- Cover nursing homes, clinics, and hospitals according to agreed coverage requirements.
