Role overview
Manage an assigned therapy area by engaging healthcare customers, increasing product awareness, answering queries, and introducing products.
The role supports healthcare providers through clinical and educational product information and field-based customer engagement.
What you will do
- Communicate product features, benefits, and scientific information to medical doctors.
- Apply customer-focused selling techniques and deliver needs-based sales presentations.
- Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain disease and product knowledge for scientific stakeholder discussions.
- Plan field work, report activities, and follow up on customer service requirements.
- Execute product and new product launch campaigns.
- Cover nursing homes, clinics, hospitals, and corporate hospitals.
- Coordinate speakers, displays, special programs, and continuing medical education events.
- Assist with receivables collection according to company policy.
What you must have
- Degree in science or B. Pharm.
- Pediatric vaccine experience is required.
- Two to seven years of relevant sales experience.
- Relevant therapeutic segment experience.
