Therapeutic Area Partner Cardiovascular - Riyadh

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Promote cardiovascular brands through scientifically appropriate communication with healthcare professionals.
• Maintain disease expertise, product knowledge, and understanding of the treatment landscape.
• Map, profile, segment, and prioritize healthcare professional and account targets.
• Implement educational programs that address knowledge and care gaps in the territory.
• Prepare territory and account business plans and deliver agreed business objectives and KPIs.
• Build partnerships with key opinion leaders, physicians, pharmacists, and other stakeholders.
• Support formulary enlistment, access planning, product penetration, and product availability.
• Collaborate with access, medical, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
• Collect medical insights and contribute to strategy development.
• Deliver scientifically meaningful disease programs and support pre-launch and launch activities.
• Maintain the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Pharmacist with relevant pharmaceutical experience.
• Valid SCFHS license.
• At least 3 years of multinational pharmaceutical company experience is recommended.
• Specialty care brand experience is recommended.
• Cardiovascular experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in governmental and private healthcare systems.
• Ability to work effectively cross-functionally and independently.

Skills

• Capacity to acquire scientific information.
• Knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting processes.
• Resource allocation expertise across multiple customer segments.
• Experience working with thought leaders and subject-matter experts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet, and email.
