The Shoe Co. is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store sales. You will assist customers, maintain product knowledge, and support operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Description
- We're looking for a (Part time) Sales Associate for our The Shoe Co. banner who will put their best foot forward.
- As a Sales Associate, you will report to the Store Manager and assist in fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections.
Key Job Accountabilities
- Maximize store business results by consistently creating exceptional Customer experiences.
- Maintains exceptional product knowledge and industry trend knowledge
- Provide a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive Customer service, compelling merchandise presentation and operational integrity that will encourage positive customer connections and loyalty
- Fosters teamwork, collaboration and change advocacy within the store and district.
- Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
