City land Real Estate Development is seeking a Mall Leasing Agent to maximize mall occupancy and rental revenue in Dubai. The role involves tenant sourcing, lease negotiation, and tenant mix optimization.

Responsibilities
- Actively prospect, cold call, and network to identify potential local, regional, and international retail and F&B tenants
- Maintain a robust, up to date pipeline of prospective brands, concepts, and operators suitable for the mall's positioning
- Conduct continuous market research to track emerging retail trends, consumer preferences, and competitor leasing strategies
- Conduct site inspections and present vacant retail spaces, kiosks, and promotional areas to prospective tenants
- Negotiate key commercial lease terms, including Base Rent, Turnover Rent, Fit Out Periods, Service Charges, and Marketing Fees
- Prepare and issue comprehensive Letters of Intent (LOIs) and Lease Proposals for management approval
- Ensure all lease terms strictly align with the mall’s financial budgets, revenue targets, and corporate compliance standards
- Analyze the current mall layout to ensure strategic placement of anchor tenants, inline stores, and kiosks to maximize footfall distribution
- Foster and maintain strong, long term relationships with retail groups, franchise operators, and independent retailers
- Address tenant queries during the pre opening phase and coordinate smoothly during lease renewals or expansions
- Partner closely with the Legal Team to facilitate the drafting, finalization, and execution of formal Lease Agreements
- Coordinate with the Mall Operations and Fit Out Teams to ensure seamless handover of retail units to tenants within agreed timelines
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years of progressive sales or leasing experience in the Real Estate sector
- Strong understanding of property transaction lifecycles, brokerage dynamics, and general real estate leasing mechanisms
- Familiarity with standard tenancy contracts, basic property laws, and local regulatory registration processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM tracking databases
- Proven track record in Commercial Leasing, Retail Leasing, or Shopping Mall Asset Management preferred
- Deep existing network of connections with retail franchise groups, F&B brands, and local retail operators preferred

- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive sales or leasing experience working directly within the Real Estate sector.
- Proven track record specifically within Commercial Leasing, Retail Leasing, or Shopping Mall Asset Management (preferred).
- Strong understanding of property transaction lifecycles, brokerage dynamics, and general real estate leasing mechanisms.
- Deep existing network of connections with retail franchise groups, F&B brands, and local retail operators (preferred).
- Familiarity with standard tenancy contracts, basic property laws, and local regulatory registration processes.
- Advanced understanding of retail specific clauses (e.g., turnover rent structures, exclusivity clauses, and fit out regulations) (preferred).
- Proficiency in standard MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM tracking databases.
- Experience utilizing specialized Property Management Systems (PMS) or real estate ERP software (e.g., Yardi, SAP, Oracle) (preferred).
