- Plan and execute testing & commissioning activities for kitchen, cold room, ventilation, and laundry systems
- Conduct equipment inspections, functional testing, and performance verification
- Coordinate with MEP teams for electrical, plumbing, drainage, gas, steam, and ventilation connections
- Prepare commissioning reports, checklists, test records, and handover documents
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and authority requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for technical support and troubleshooting
Requirements
- Experience in testing and commissioning of commercial kitchen and laundry equipment
- Knowledge of MEP systems including electrical, plumbing, drainage, gas, steam, and ventilation
- Ability to prepare commissioning reports and handover documents
