Role overview

Experience and qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Benchling, Signals, or scientific data systems or lab informatics such as LIMS or inventory systems.
• Understanding of integration testing for data synchronization workflows.
• Exposure to XRAY.
• Familiarity with REST/API testing and data validation.
• Experience with test case design and execution, regression testing, integration testing, and defect lifecycle management.

Technical skills

• Exposure to test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Robot Framework, or Tosca is preferred.
• Experience integrating test automation with CI/CD pipelines is preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Benchling and Signals integration testing.
• Collaborate with Benchling Technical Analysts and integration teams.
• Design, create, and execute test cases in XRAY, a Jira-integrated test management tool.
• Validate sample data synchronization, reagent lifecycle status updates, and metadata exchange between systems.
• Review and interpret Signals and Benchling integration design specifications and documentation.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test scripts, and defects.
