This is a full-time, on-site Testing and Commission Manager role based in Jeddah.
The role oversees testing, commissioning, and handover for integrated systems on large-scale infrastructure projects.
The manager works with engineering, construction, project management, contractors, and clients to achieve compliant and timely commissioning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and review commissioning plans.
- Supervise testing, validate system functionality, and document results and issue logs.
- Resolve technical problems, track defects, and complete commissioning milestones.
- Analyze commissioning data and improve procedures.
- Support training for operations and maintenance teams.
Qualifications
- Engineering, systems integration, or related technical qualifications are required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Experience testing and commissioning ELV, ICT, or smart-city systems on large or complex projects is required.
- Project coordination, documentation, stakeholder communication, standards, safety, and quality assurance experience are required.
- Proficiency with project management and reporting tools is required.
- English fluency is required, while Arabic knowledge is advantageous.
