Test Manager External Advisor - Enterprise Testing & TDM Advisory

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager External Advisor to lead the assessment and future-state definition of enterprise testing and Test Data Management capabilities. This role will provide strategic guidance on testing governance, organizational models, processes, standards, and test data operating frameworks required to improve testing effectiveness across a distributed application landscape.

The successful candidate will advise program leadership on establishing sustainable testing and test data management practices across SAP, Mainframe, and integrated enterprise environments

Assess existing testing and test data management practices, processes, and governance frameworks.

Define future-state testing and TDM operating models.

Advise on test organization structure, responsibilities, and governance mechanisms.

Support establishment of enterprise testing standards and best practices.

Review current testing approaches across application clusters and identify optimization opportunities.
