Responsibilities
- Participate in the planning, monitoring, and control of the testing activities and tasks. • Actively participate in workshops, specification reviews, and technical reviews. • Implement testing as per Test Strategy and provide inputs to Test Strategy. • Create Test Plan, derive project-specific estimates. • Plan and coordinate test activities/deliverables in accordance with test schedule. • Facilitate the daily scrum and sprint initiatives. • Communicate with stakeholders & provide Test Reports. • Raise & manage project-specific risks and issues. • Measure the quality of work & asses team members' work. • Capture traceability metrics (requirements, test cases, test execution, defects). • Build team & necessary documentation to enable mentoring of new members. • Report upon testing activities, including Test Summary Reports • Review testing entry/exit criteria • Identify test environment requirements • Coordinate shakedown testing for project test environments. • Management of test data requirements
