- Overall responsibility for quality of testing and timely delivery
- Interaction with the client team on project risks, concerns, and resolution of issues
- Report project status to the Delivery or Program Manager
- Ensure compliance with client and QualityKiosk processes
- Create Test Design and Execution Plan and schedule of testing
- Assign tasks to team members and manage workload efficiently
- Track project milestones and deliverables
- Manage the offshore team and monitor work
- Coordinate with users for inputs, review, and approvals
- Report upon testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, defects
Requirements
- 8 10 years of experience in testing
- SAP skills
- Experience in Automotive & Manufacturing domain
- Ability to manage offshore teams
- Strong communication and client interaction skills
