About the opportunity
Permanent Test Lead role in the AMP Delivery team supporting systems development, implementation, and support for global investment management businesses.
The role combines test automation leadership with AI-driven testing to improve quality delivery, coverage, and innovation across the QA function.
The team works with portfolio managers, quantitative research teams, investment operations, accountable executives, and technology leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor test engineers while setting automation, code quality, and engineering standards.
- Design Python automation frameworks with Playwright and Selenium for UI testing and Python libraries for REST and GraphQL API testing.
- Govern reusable automation across UI, API, service, data, and workflow layers with CI/CD quality gates.
- Use SQL for test data setup, validation, and backend verification across Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake.
- Define risk-based strategies, coverage models, quality gates, KPIs, and reporting.
- Evaluate RAG systems, AI agents, and agentic workflows for quality, correctness, planning, tool use, and failure recovery.
- Design GenAI evaluation frameworks using tools such as DeepEval, RAGAS, LangSmith, Phoenix, Promptfoo, or TruLens.
