Responsibilities
- Environment Health checks: Check Status of Health check results of the Environment for the day and take necessary actions by coordinating with Support teams. • Release & Deployment Coordination: Collaborate with development and QA teams to schedule through environment booking and coordinate code deployments, Environment refreshes, and patch management across environments. • Issue, Incident & Problem Management: Act as the primary point of escalation for environment-related issues, outages, performance bottlenecks and coordinate with support teams to resolve issues, and Drive teams for root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. • Knowledge Base: Keep all issues thoroughly documented and build a comprehensive Knowledge Base to streamline future troubleshooting and onboard new team members efficiently.
