This role will support automotive reliability engineering test and development activities.

Reliability Test Engineers are responsible for validating the vehicle , systems (Body, Chassis, Closures), and sub-systems to meet strength and durability targets with a goal of meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

When performance concerns arise during validation testing, you will be responsible for developing appropriate countermeasure plans and work closely with cross-functional departments for implementation of plan.

• Lead and support the engineering test activities by applying engineering principles, experiences, and various analysis tools in following established test plans/procedures to test parts/components in area of specialty to determine design feasibility and ensure parts/components meet design acceptance criteria, performance level targets and any applicable regulatory/internal standards.
