Test Engineer III (MI, Lansing)

Performs diverse and complex technical assignments within prototype, integration, test, commissioning, and quality environments.

This role executes system-level integration, validation, and operational readiness activities that directly impact component integrity, system performance, reliability, and commissioning outcomes.

Defines and supports the development and configuration of test and integration equipment, including custom tooling and test systems.

Applies advanced technical judgment to support product development, manufacturing operations, laboratory infrastructure, and system performance improvements.

Leads work within assigned systems or subsystems through integration, validation, performance verification, and transition to operational use.
