Job Summary
We are seeking a Test Automation Lead with 8–12 years of experience in Quality Engineering and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Playwright, Selenium, Java, and Python , along with hands-on experience in AI-enabled automation . The role involves leading automation framework development, mentoring team members, and driving AI adoption to improve test efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright and Selenium .
- Develop automation scripts using Java and Python .
- Lead automation initiatives and mentor a team of automation engineers.
- Integrate automation suites with Azure DevOps/Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement AI-enabled automation capabilities such as script generation, self-healing, intelligent test data generation, and failure analysis.
- Collaborate with development, business, and QA teams in Agile environments.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure automation best practices.
Required Skills
- 8–12 years of QA/Automation experience with 3+ years in a Lead role .
- Strong hands-on experience in Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, Java, and Python .
- Experience with TestNG/PyTest , API automation (REST Assured/Postman), Git, Maven, and SQL.
