What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, test cases and test scripts.
Execute functional, integration, system, regression and user acceptance testing.
Validate application functionality, forms, APIs and system integrations.
Identify, document, track and verify defects through to resolution.
Ensure solutions meet business, functional, non-functional and security requirements.
Support test environment planning, test data preparation and release validation.
Work closely with developers, business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Validate authentication, authorisation and security controls.
Prepare and maintain test documentation, including test reports, defect registers and traceability documentation.
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including issue management and reporting.
Identify testing risks, dependencies and quality issues and provide recommendations.
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing and quality assurance processes.
Participate in sprint planning, estimation and delivery activities within an agile environment.
Support solution validation and provide recommendations to inform future implementation phases.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience as a Test Analyst, QA Tester or similar role .
Strong experience developing test strategies, plans, cases and scripts.
Hands-on experience across functional, integration, system, regression and UAT testing .
Experience testing web-based applications, APIs and system integrations .
Strong defect management and troubleshooting skills.
Experience working within Agile delivery environments .
Understanding of authentication, authorisation and application security testing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with modern digital platforms and cloud-based technologies will be highly regarded.
