Role Overview
Junior Test Analyst role focused on software quality assurance and automated web application testing.
The position is associated with Dentsu's Bangalore operation and is listed as full time.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, execute, debug, and maintain automated test scripts.
- Use Playwright locators, assertions, waits, fixtures, screenshots, traces, and parallel execution.
- Integrate automated tests with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintain test cases, report defects, track execution results, and provide testing status.
- Analyze failures, troubleshoot automation issues, and communicate testing progress.
Required Experience and Skills
- 2–4 years of software quality assurance or test automation experience.
- Strong hands-on Playwright experience for web application automation.
- TypeScript or JavaScript programming knowledge, including asynchronous programming and basic object-oriented concepts.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum, and automation framework maintenance.
Preferred Skills
- Selenium WebDriver and Java experience are preferred.
