Role Overview
The employer is seeking a Territory Sales Manager with strong optical or eyewear industry experience.
The role manages and grows sales across an assigned territory through field sales, channel development, and distributor relationships.
The territory covers optical stores, opticians, retail chains, and channel partners across General Trade and Modern Trade.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive primary and secondary sales and achieve assigned territory targets.
- Visit optical stores, chains, dealers, and distributors regularly.
- Develop and maintain relationships across the optical trade network.
- Identify new retailers, distributors, and business opportunities within the territory.
- Manage order booking, stock movement, and distributor or dealer performance.
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans.
- Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams for product availability and visibility.
- Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends and share insights with management.
- Prepare regular sales and territory performance reports.
