Role Overview
Develop and strengthen customer and partner relationships while increasing sales across the GCC region.
The role focuses on Peak's distributor network and close collaboration with OEMs.
The position reports to the General Manager for India and requires extensive travel throughout the GCC region.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through effective business development strategies.
- Work with Service Delivery and Service Sales teams.
- Nurture relationships with partners, OEMs, and end users.
- Visit distributors to support, train, and educate them on Peak products.
- Accompany partners on end-user visits.
- Negotiate sales agreements and maintain profit margins.
- Maintain leads, opportunities, quotations, prospects, and pipeline activity in CRM.
- Provide pre-sale and post-sale account support.
- Review sales performance quarterly with management and distributor partners.
- Collaborate across functions to meet distributor order expectations and provide customer experience from lead to delivery.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations when required.
