Responsibilities
- Drive sales of used construction and mining equipment across the Middle East through direct sales, dealer networks, and strategic partnerships
- Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and customer segments within the region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, mining firms, traders, and fleet owners
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high performing sales team
- Travel extensively across the region to meet customers, attend exhibitions, and explore new markets
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and industry developments
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market feedback to senior management
Requirements
- Currently based in the Middle East region
- Strong track record in selling used heavy equipment across GCC/Africa/LATAM and surrounding markets
- Experience in sales leadership and team management
- Willing to travel extensively across the region
