Role Overview
Develop profitable new business in PPG's Automotive Refinish Collision segment.
Manage an assigned customer base, identify opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
Report to the Regional Manager while supporting the growth of PPG's Automotive Refinish business.
Sales and Territory Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Automotive Refinish products and solutions within the assigned territory.
- Develop sales strategies and business plans to achieve or exceed targets.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and Automotive Collision Industry developments.
- Build relationships with collision centers, fleet and light industrial coating accounts, and distributors.
- Maintain sales activity records, prepare reports, and analyze performance data.
Customer and Product Support
- Provide technical guidance on PPG's Automotive Refinish product portfolio.
- Conduct product demonstrations, customer training, and workshops.
- Collaborate with marketing, product management, and customer support teams.
- Use the FAVR program for eligible business vehicle expenses when driving a personal vehicle.
