Role Overview

  • Territory Sales Manager for a high growth challenger vendor in backup, storage, and cyber resilience market.
  • Take ownership of the UAE territory; territory build role, not account management.
  • Create pipeline, open new enterprise relationships, develop the channel, and turn UAE into a high performing region.

Package and Benefits

  • Target total package: $270,000 – $280,000 USD (approx. AED 992,000 – AED 1,028,000).
  • Base salary: $120,000 USD (approx. AED 441,000).
  • Housing allowance: $20,000 USD (approx. AED 73,500).
  • Commission structured to reach $270,000 – $280,000 USD with uncapped upside.
  • Additional quarterly bonus: $10,000 USD per quarter for hitting 100% of target.
  • Full target earning potential including bonus: approx. $310,000 – $320,000 USD.
  • Schooling allowance: $10,000 USD per child.
  • Car allowance: $7,000 USD.
  • Flight allowance: $3,000 USD.
  • Family health insurance covered.
  • Company stock eligibility.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Own the UAE territory from a sales, pipeline, partner, and revenue perspective.
  • Build new business pipeline across enterprise and commercial accounts.
  • Open doors with senior decision makers across key verticals.
  • Drive end user sales and own the full sales cycle.
  • Recruit, enable, and develop reseller and distribution partners.
  • Create consistent channel led pipeline.
  • Build territory visibility and market presence.
  • Manage forecasting, bookings, and target achievement.
  • Work closely with regional leadership to shape go to market approach.

Who This Will Suit

  • Sold enterprise backup, storage, data protection, cyber resilience, or infrastructure software across UAE or wider Middle East.
  • Backgrounds from vendors such as Commvault, NetApp, Pure Storage, Veritas, Cohesity, Rubrik, Dell/EMC, Veeam, ExaGrid, or similar.
  • Proven track record of new business sales.
  • Strong UAE enterprise customer relationships.
  • Good channel, distributor, VAR, and systems integrator relationships.
  • Experience selling through both direct and partner led routes to market.
  • Ability to build pipeline without relying on brand dominance.
  • Competitive, resilient, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Credibility to engage enterprise customers and partners at senior level.
