Territory Operations Manager Modernization

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the territory modernization business plan.
• Manage budgets, expenditures, parts inventory, tools, vehicles, working capital, and billing procedures.
• Build relationships with customers, general contractors, and industry consultants.
• Lead, mentor, hire, and onboard Field Superintendents.
• Support morale, participative management, labor relations, technician training, and performance management.
• Advise on resource assignments and project timelines, budgets, quality, and efficiency.
• Visit jobsites and provide technical oversight for projects requiring intervention.
• Coordinate with product, safety, supply chain, quality, and training organizations.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is preferred, or candidates may have technical leadership experience in the elevator or another service-oriented business.
• Knowledge of elevator products, product applications, modernization techniques, and procedures is required.
