- Deep knowledge of the tender process in the UK
- Good understanding of the healthcare market in the region
- Proven experience managing complex sales in a multi-dimensional environment
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a (para)medical field
Job responsibilities
- Deliver territory sales performance and achieve targets
- Lead ECP market penetration through execution of local strategies
- Own and lead all tender, bid, and contracting processes to secure business growth in your territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and key stakeholders
- Identify and develop new accounts while expanding existing business
- Collaborate cross-functionally across the Therakos organization
- Plan and deliver professional education and KOL-led events end-to-end
- Develop and execute territory business plans using CRM tools, including sales and operating expense planning
- Ensure full compliance across all commercial activities, including SOPs, HCC, and legal requirements
