About the Role

  • Optiom is hiring a Territory Manager to drive product adoption across Ontario’s automotive dealership network.
  • You will be on the front lines of our national sales function: identifying, onboarding, and developing dealer relationships that deliver lasting results, and reporting directly on territory performance.

Who You Are

  • 1+ years of experience in automotive sales, warranty products, or B2B business development.
  • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of automotive dealership operations and service department dynamics.
  • Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations and conduct effective training sessions for diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management.
  • Reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license and comfort with frequent in territory travel.

Compensation

  • CAD 60,000 – CAD 65,000 base salary + commission.

Workplace

  • Field role with frequent in territory travel.
