Role Overview
Gotalk, an authorized partner for e&, is seeking an experienced and target-driven Territory Manager.
The role manages and develops the Field Sales team.
Requirements
- Have two to three years of UAE experience in sales and marketing.
- Previous team leader experience is mandatory.
- Hold a valid UAE driving license.
- Demonstrate strong team management and leadership skills.
- Have experience training, coaching, and developing sales teams.
- Field sales or door-to-door sales experience is preferred.
- Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to achieve sales targets and manage team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the performance of Field Sales Executives.
- Set and achieve territory sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
- Motivate and develop the team to achieve targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and improve market coverage.
Salary and Benefits
- The salary is up to AED 5,000 plus target achievement incentives.
