Role Overview
The Territory Manager - Customer Experience will join the Customer Experience team and report to the Area Service Manager.
The role focuses on customer engagement, value-added services, Balanced Scorecard execution, field product support, and dealer service performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and maximize profitability in dealer service.
- Improve CEI and CES scores while reducing customer complaints through stakeholder coordination.
- Ensure timely warranty and FSC claim submission by channel partners.
- Reduce non-claiming channel partners and warranty claim rejections.
- Provide product support in the field and improve customer satisfaction in workshops.
Academic Qualification and Experience
- BE or BTech in Mechanical Engineering is required.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Territory Manager in an OEM is required.
Technical Skills and Knowledge
- Knowledge of products and variants, Hero and channel-partner systems, and related processes.
- Channel management and technical or commercial skills using DMS and SAP.
