Compensation
- $24.00/hr and up
- Days/Hours: There are multiple shifts in this dept. Some Team Members work four 10 hour shifts, some work five 8 hour shifts. Our ideal candidate will have some flexibility to work various hours to support business needs and customer demands.
- Equipment Used: Loader, forklift, railcar moving equipment and skid steer
- Material Handled: Liquid chemicals, fertilizer, propane, lumber

What you’ll be doing
The Terminal Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely transfer of bulk liquid and dry products, including hazardous materials, between railcars and trucks. This role involves operating and maintaining equipment such as a loader, forklift, railcar moving equipment, and skid steer to load and unload products. The Terminal Operator ensures compliance with safety regulations and company procedures while working closely within teams to coordinate shipments, manage inventory, and resolve any operational challenges.
