Responsibilities
- Lead individual and group lessons for juniors and adults, focusing on fundamental techniques, match play, and fitness
- Plan and deliver structured training sessions
- Demonstrate skills and provide constructive feedback
- Monitor player progress
- Help organize clinics, camps, and internal events
- Maintain a welcoming and safe environment on court
- Communicate with players and families, respond to inquiries, support membership retention
- Collaborate with other staff to uphold service standards
Requirements
- Strong Tennis Instruction and Tennis skills, with ability to coach various ages and levels
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
- Training skills including session planning, skill progression, and performance feedback
- Relevant coaching certification from a recognized tennis federation or organization (preferred)
- Experience working in a club, academy, or sports facility environment (beneficial)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Commitment to a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment

Role Description
