This role plays a key part in identifying government opportunities, preparing competitive bids, and supporting the company's expansion in government projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the Etimad platform and other government portals to identify suitable opportunities
- Analyze tender documents, requirements, and technical specifications
- Prepare and submit complete technical and financial proposals in coordination with internal teams
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and submission deadlines
- Maintain organized records of submitted, awarded, and unsuccessful tenders
- Follow up on tender status and support contract award processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Law, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in government tendering or procurement
- Strong knowledge of the Etimad platform and government procurement procedures
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
