Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tendering Section Head located in Riyadh.
The role involves overseeing tendering processes, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of bids, managing procurement tasks, collaborating with the supply chain and operations teams, and fostering relationships with customers.
Additionally, the role includes managing a team to achieve organizational goals while maintaining high performance and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Supply Chain Management and Procurement to ensure efficient handling of tendering and purchasing processes
- Experience in Operations Management with an emphasis on streamlining processes and achieving operational excellence
- Proven Team Leadership skills with the ability to manage, guide, and motivate team members to reach objectives
- Excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, CPSM) are a plus
- Previous experience in tendering roles or similar positions is highly desirable
