About the Role
Sandstorm Motor Vehicles Manufacturing LLC is seeking an experienced Tendering & Proposals Specialist.
The role manages technical and commercial proposals for automotive, vehicle-conversion, and engineered mobility opportunities.
This is a senior individual-contributor role coordinating Commercial, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Aftersales, Finance, and other stakeholders.
The successful candidate will ensure proposals are compliant, persuasive, commercially sound, and submitted on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop tender plans, compliance matrices, submission schedules, and responsibility assignments.
- Coordinate technical, operational, commercial, financial, and contractual inputs from accountable stakeholders.
- Prepare technical-commercial proposals, presentations, and supporting documentation.
- Compile costing and pricing templates using validated inputs from relevant function owners.
- Review tender requirements and identify assumptions, exclusions, deviations, risks, and clarification requirements.
- Maintain document control, version management, confidentiality, and submission integrity.
- Coordinate internal reviews and obtain required approvals before submission.
