Tendering and Estimation Responsibilities
- Identify and monitor relevant tender and project opportunities.
- Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and bills of quantities.
- Perform and verify quantity take-offs.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and unit-rate analyses.
- Estimate materials, labor, equipment, subcontractor, and indirect costs.
- Issue requests for quotations to suppliers and subcontractors and prepare technical and commercial comparisons.
- Maintain supplier, subcontractor, and pricing databases.
- Identify technical, commercial, and pricing risks.
Bid Submission and Project Support
- Prepare and coordinate technical and financial tender submissions.
- Ensure compliance with government tender requirements and submit authorized government bids through the Etimad platform.
- Follow up tender status and support clarification responses.
- Conduct win/loss analysis and update historical pricing records.
- Prepare tender handover packages upon project award.
- Support ongoing projects with variation and additional-work pricing.
Requirements
- Ability to review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and bills of quantities.
- Ability to perform and verify quantity take-offs and prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Ability to prepare unit-rate analyses covering materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, and indirect costs.
- Ability to coordinate technical and financial tender submissions in compliance with government tender requirements.
- Ability to submit government bids through the Etimad platform when authorized.
