Tender Manager – Construction \| Doha, Qatar
A leading construction organization is seeking a Tender Manager to lead and drive the full bid lifecycle for complex, high-value projects.
Purpose of the Role
To own and lead tender strategy and execution, ensuring competitive, compliant, and winning submissions from the bid stage through to contract award.
Key Requirements
- 10–15+ years in construction tendering / pre-contracts
- Proven track record in winning large-scale bids (high-rise, mixed-use, industrial)
- Experience with reputable contractors/developers (GCC exposure preferred)
- Strong expertise in bid strategy, cost planning, and commercial negotiations
- Experience in managing structured bid processes across design & build and traditional contract environments is advantageous.
- Demonstrated career stability and progression
- Engineering background preferred
- Candidates with experience in established international or regional construction firms and exposure to structured environments will be highly considered.
