Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer RFQs and lead bid management from inquiry receipt through final proposal submission.
• Assist Account Managers with technical and commercial customer clarifications.
• Follow tendering governance processes and participate in S1, SOC, RSOC, and P0 review calls.
• Coordinate with execution, finance, contracts, procurement, solution risk, legal, and other cross-functional teams.
• Prepare design schemes, point schedules, system architectures, bills of quantities, and costing estimates.
• Prepare technical material submittals and offer documentation using validated sales data.
• Coordinate subcontractor estimates for BMS and EPMS cabling, panels, and devices.
• Prepare management presentations and obtain required approvals before submission.
• Perform risk, opportunity, technical gap, and cash-flow analyses.
• Review contract alignment with business rules and support tender-level decisions.
• Analyse supplier and subcontractor costs, prepare comparisons, and support procurement negotiations.
• Coordinate execution lessons learned, scope deviations, and change orders with Project Managers.

Requirements

• College degree in electrical, electronic, or IT engineering.
