- The role is based in the United Arab Emirates and is fully remote.
- The team operates in a distributed and internationally collaborative environment.
The Role
Lead end-to-end tendering and competitive sourcing for strategic, complex, and high-value requirements.
Manage activities from requirements definition and tender strategy through RFI/RFP/RFQ preparation, evaluation, negotiation, recommendation, award, and handover.
Ensure tenders are commercially competitive, transparent, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Tender Strategy and Planning
- Develop tender strategies aligned with procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, and business objectives.
- Determine sourcing methods based on spend, complexity, market conditions, risk, urgency, and supplier availability.
- Develop plans, timelines, milestones, governance requirements, tender calendars, and risk controls.
- Define scopes, objectives, evaluation methods, supplier requirements, and commercial strategies.
- Conduct market analysis and develop supplier longlists and shortlists.
